This very special cottage is graced with nautical antiques and lanterns throughout.   The 17'x20' screened in porch is and excellent spot to end the day after spending time at the many beaches or touring the quaint island of Chappaquiddick.

Wide plank distressed pine floors draw you into the main part of the cottage.
The new queen size pillow top mattress rest on a nautical platform with pull out draws for storage, instantly gives you that boat feeling as you enter the master bedroom.
Out-door shower will thrill you as you gaze at the stars during your night time shower
Weber grill and full kitchen to test your cooking skills...farm is less than 1/2 mile from
The cottage sleeps 2....or 3 to 4 with small children.
The barn is available to store your bikes and boat.
Beach is less than 1 minute from the cottage and the Chappy Ferry less than two!

The Beach:
The beaches on the beautiful Nantucket Sound and Caleb's Pond are both excellent for kayaking, sailing or sunbathing!  A short distance (less than 4 minutes) provides easy access to Chappy's ocean beaches and the Chappaquiddick Community Center. 

Just a short 3/4 mile from the Chappy, you can enjoy the serenity of Chappy and the fun availability of Edgartown and the other unique towns on Martha's Vineyard.

Just minutes away is the Chappy Community Center providing summer activities for all ages. Some activities include: Tennis, basketball court, movie night, ice cream socials, ping-pong, concerts, yoga, a summer fair, swimming and sailing lessons. The CCC is a perfect spot to gather to meet other children and enjoy these summer activities. The Trustees of the Reservation at the Dyke Bridge schedule daily canoeing, kayaking, bird watching and sightseeing tours. The lovely Mytoi Garden is just a bike ride away. This garden features tranquil walks thru books, streams and exquisite landscapes along a shady path providing a nice respite from the sun and beach.
